FACT - Many of the families who have implemented Baby Sleep Magic’s philosophy, report that their child sleeps ALL night 10-12 HOURS!!!! even while teething!!!

So, I’m here to tell you that it is possible to have a good sleeper in times of sickness, teething and regressions!!

Now I am not saying in times like this your little one’s sleep will be perfect, in actual fact it is bound to take a hit and that’s totally OK to offer extra comfort and meet their needs in these times (actually anyone who has worked with me or has the Baby Sleep Magic App knows, that's what I advocate).

It all comes down to Implementing Healthy Sleeping Habits and the good news is, it is NEVER too late and there is help available!!

Will a regression or teething prevent me from sleep training, or will it undo all the hard work I have already done?

Babies are constantly going through stages of leaps, sleep regressions and teething. By implementing healthy sleep habits and following the Baby Sleep Magic recommendations will help you navigate through these challenging times. Many of the families who have implemented Baby Sleep Magic’s philosophy, report that their child sleeps ALL night 10-12 HOURS!!!! even while experiencing teething or a regression!!!

However, after a few nights (NOT weeks or months) or once that tooth pops through or the regression is over, you can immediately re-establish regular sleep routines and within a couple of nights, your little sleeper will be back!

Lastly, it is important to remain calm and patient to your baby’s needs. Children feed off our energy, be mindful that we cannot always remove our baby’s discomfort, but we can be there for support. If you are calm, they’re calm. No matter how bad you think things are, keep in mind, everything is fixable!
